S.A brown leather belt and buckle

An SA belt buckle (Koppelschloss) was a standard uniform accessory worn by members of the Sturmabteilung (SA), the paramilitary wing of the Nazi Party known as the "Brownshirts".
The central feature is a "political-style" German eagle with its wings outstretched, clutching a swastika within a circular wreath. Early examples often featured a "Sonnenrad" or Sunwheel swastika, which has rounded arms rather than the standard sharp-angled version. The central roundel is typically surrounded by a ribbed border with simulated twisted rope edges and a spray of oak leaves at the base.
