WWII German 1st October 1938 Sudetenland Commemorative Medal - Rare Female Issue Ribbon Bow (Damenschleife) with Reverse Details. An original and highly uncommon World War World II German commemorative medal specifically arranged for female recipients (Damenschleife). The reverse of this specimen provides critical material authentication, displaying an original, professional workshop mounting where the circular fan-shaped ribbon is tightly sewn onto a dark blue/black wool backing felt (Filzunterlage). The top section retains its original, fully functional horizontal mounting pin used to secure the award tightly to a female uniform dress or cape. The reverse of the bronze medal reveals the crisp, deeply struck institution slogan with the visible lettering "...
