Post-WWII West German 1957-Pattern Veteran's Triple Award Miniature Lapel Pin ChainAn original and highly interesting early post-war West German veteran's triple qualification and bravery insignia miniature chain lapel pin, executed in accordance with the German Ordensgesetz of July 26, 1957. Designed for wear on civilian attire by highly decorated veterans of World War II, this legally authorized, de-nazified combination comprises three distinct 1957-pattern miniatures mounted on a single long pin: an Iron Cross 2nd Class featuring the correct 1939 core date but with the swastika replaced by textbook central oak leaves; a War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords retaining its standard 1939 date center; and a Wound Badge in Black showing the correct blank-crowned M35 stahlhelm design entirely stripped of national socialist symbols. The condition is outstanding and completely untouched, preserving razor-sharp high-point definition across all three independent die-struck miniatures despite their minute scale. A scarce, historically complete investment piece illustrating the post-war regulation of wartime awards.
