This specific variant was issued to Luftwaffe ground units, airfield transport vehicles, or FLAK artillery positions. The exterior shows an authentic, heavy field-worn character with visible surface rust and paint loss, providing a phenomenal combat look. Both front latches remain fully functional.The interior is a striking contrast, retaining its brilliant, original factory cream-white paint. Crucially, the lid preserves a highly unique and complete pink paper instruction sheet (Inhaltsverzeichnis und Gebrauchsanweisung). The top left corner features two extremely rare and crisply applied purple ink inspection markings: a textbook pre-war/early war 'Wa. A. 100' Heereswaffenamt inspector's acceptance stamp (Berlin/Cottbus inspection inspectorate) alongside an exceptional military medical depot approval stamp reading 'R. San. K.'
