Offered for sale: an honest, 100% original wartime German single ribbon bar (Feldspange) representing the War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords (KVK2).The ribbon shows nice period coloration and wear, fitted with its original bronze/zinc crossed swords device firmly attached to the center. The reverse mounting needle and hinge assembly are fully intact and functional. Please note that the protective wool/felt backing material has worn away or been removed over time, exposing the metal backing plate. A very affordable, untouched combat uniform relic.
