An exceptional and 100% complete wartime-era German military blood pressure monitor (Sphygmomanometer), manufactured by the prominent medical firm ERKA. This specialized "Erkameter" model is housed in its original solid wooden transport case, which features a highly crisp and deeply branded Reichsbetriebsnummer maker code on the top lid: RB.Nr. 0/0561/0119. The interior remains fully outfitted with its factory metal data plate showing the unique serial/guarantee number, alongside the complete fabric arm cuff with an embroidered ERKA property label. The original rubber inflation bulb, tubing, and glass gauge markings remain completely intact and beautifully preserved.
