WWII German Aircraft Identification Photo Album - Hellevoetsluis
An incredibly rare and comprehensive WWII German aircraft recognition photo album containing 103 original silhouette and reference photographs. Used for training air defense and observation personnel, the collection includes prominent Allied bombers, fighters, and German Luftwaffe aircraft such as the Lancaster, Spitfire, B-17 Fortress, Wellington, Ju 87 Stuka, and Messerschmitt Me 109. Each photo is meticulously pasted into the album with neat period pencil notations identifying the respective aircraft models. Crucially, the reverse of the photos features the original ink stamp for F.E.D. Ausbildungsstelle Holland Hellevoetsluis (Flak-Ersatz-Division training center). The album shows expected age toning and light handling wear, but remains completely intact and serves as a highly desirable, documentable piece of Atlantic Wall air-defense history in the Netherlands.
