Heer Combat Used Dress Belt & Buckle

This is an original, heavily field-used WWII German Heer (Army) EM/NCO belt and buckle combination with an interesting period history. The standard injection-molded or stamped aluminum Gott Mit Uns box buckle is paired with a high-quality leather belt originally manufactured as an Extrakoppel (dress uniform belt), identifiable by its correct brass/metal end clip mechanism. Crucially, the belt shows a common wartime modification or special factory crossover variant: it features an added inner leather sizing tongue (Zunge). Entirely uncleaned and untouched, the thick leather remains solid with honest, heavy front-line wear, handling scuffs, and an unpolished organic patina on both the leather and aluminum hardware. Measuring 95cm in length, this is a textbook example of a soldier converting or utilizing his high-quality dress gear for combat field operations.
