WWI Imperial German Breadbag Strap (Brotbeutelriemen) – Excellent Condition
An original WWI Imperial German breadbag strap (Brotbeutelriemen) in an outstanding, untouched condition. This example is made of robust, ochre-brown cotton webbing, featuring its original steel adjustment slides and both spring hooks securely attached with their original leather tabs. While a maker or depot stamp is present, it has become difficult to read over time. A very clean, completely unmanipulated field gear accessory that remains perfectly supple and is ideal for completing an Imperial German combat display or mannequin.
