Category:
€ 329,00
Also known as "bunkertelefon" or "Offizierstelefon" for staff and commandposts.
This particular model was a standard military desk telephone introduced in 1938 and used by the German Wehrmacht during World War II, It was intended for use in offices, barracks, bunkers and headquarters, unlike the more robust field telephone (FF 33), which was designed for field use.
It is a local battery model (OB = Ortsbatteriebetrieb), but it could also operate on a central battery system (ZB)
This item:
This model is complete and comes with it's Anschlusskasten (Beikasten) to hold the battery and to connect with the O.B 38 and klappenschrank. The winding tool is present. All are nicely maker marked and WaA stamped, dated 1941.
Please note the de-nazified WaA marking on the back, fortunately they forgot a few. The phonetic alphabet was post war removed when the German army adopted the N.A.T.O spelling Alphabet. This is an original WW 2 piece in a very good condition. A "wow" of a display item!
