This item
This a WWII German early pre-war production Patronentasche 11 made by Karl Seeger Lederwarenfabrik Offenbach am Main in 1939. It features a very crisp manufacturer logo on the reverse and a highly desirable military depot acceptance stamp H.A.S.T. 39 inside the middle compartment matching the production year perfectly. The far-left compartment features the handwritten German soldier's name Ager. This pouch is made from beautiful dark brown pebbled leather with sought-after early aluminum hardware and is complete with all three interior compartments and original hard dividers. This is a true 100% untouched barn find completely uncleaned with authentic dust traces. The leather has an authentic dark patina on the outside but the original chocolate-brown color is beautifully preserved under the flaps. All three closure straps are present and close neatly over the aluminum studs. Two straps have minor tears at the buttonholes which is virtually unnoticeable when closed. A wonderful piece with immense character for a Luftwaffe or DAK display.
