flf 43, (F.L. Fischer)Description An authentic, combat-used wooden handle for a Model 1924 Stick Grenade (Stielhandgranate 24). The wood is clearly and deeply stamped with the wartime manufacturer code "flf", indicating production by the prestigious firm F.L. Fischer, Freiburg, alongside the production year 43 (1943).This handle includes its original internal porcelain pull ball, though the original pull cord is no longer attached. The lower end shows honest age and wear and is missing the metal screw cap, as is typical for field-recovered examples. The upper metal threaded collar remains firmly attached with its original screws and shows a nice, honest patina. A solid piece with excellent, highly readable markings—ideal for completing an M24 inert display project.
