Wehrmacht Dfh.b (44) & Rare Dfh.f (43) Headphone Set

A pair of WW2 German Wehrmacht combat headphones (Doppelfernhörer) in collectible condition. Both headsets feature immaculate black bakelite earcups that are completely free from cracks, chips, or missing pieces. The first headset is a standard-issue Doppelfernhörer b (Dfh.b) sharply stamped with the wartime year 44 and a clear Waffenamt eagle, complete with its original cloth headband and wiring. The wire ends are exposed, making it historically correct and ready to be connected directly to the La/Lb screw terminals of an FF33 field telephone as a co-listener. The second headset is the much scarcer Doppelfernhörer f (Dfh.f) variant, specifically utilized by armored vehicle crews (Panzer) and advanced radio receiver operators. This earcup is stamped with the wartime date 43 and the triangular manufacturer's logo BSN. It features its original metal headband and partly post-war extended wiring without an end plug. A great, honest lot of genuine Nachrichten gear, perfect for completing a radio operator display or field telephone setup. Sold as a set of two.
