Hitler Youth / RAD Political Uniform Bread Bag (Brotbeutel)
An original German wartime-era political organization bread bag (Brotbeutel), heavily utilized by movements such as the Hitler Jugend (HJ), Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD), or SA. This early-to-mid-war variation is constructed from a robust olive-drab/khaki cotton canvas and features its complete complement of original brown leather securing straps and dished metal buttons. Distinct from standard military contract pieces, this political issue bag is outfitted with its correct, factory-spec polished nickel-plated D-rings on both the front and the rear belt loops. The interior features a clean main compartment with its divider wall intact. The bag shows only minor, honest service wear with zero structural damage, remaining completely supple and an excellent representative example of Third Reich homefront and paramilitary organizational field equipment.
