Dust Protection Goggles Augenschützer 42

Dust Protection Goggles in Original Ersatz Paper Pouch - Augenschützer 42

An original German WWII unissued pair of tactical dust protection goggles (Augenschützer 42), complete with its factory-original late-war Ersatz paper storage pouch. Developed in 1942 as an inexpensive, easily manufactured eye protector, these goggles saw widespread use across all branches of the Wehrmacht, particularly by motorcycle personnel (Kradfahrer) and armored vehicle crews. The set is in absolute mint, unissued condition. The goggles remain entirely undisturbed, wrapped inside their original translucent protective wax paper sleeve. The attached herringbone twill elastic headband, pull-strap, and metal adjustment hardware are 100% intact and complete. The protective storage pouch is manufactured from the textbook dark, ribbed pressed-paper material used heavily during the final years of the war to conserve vital factory resources. A pristine, textbook accessory to complete a field gear display.
