Panzergrenadier Artillery Signals Specialist Sleeve Patch

Panzergrenadier Artillery Signals Specialist Sleeve Patch - Red Embroidery on Black Fabric
An authentic, unissued German proficiency arm patch (Tätigkeitsabzeichen für Nachrichtenpersonal). This outstanding variation is engineered on a thin, lightweight black woven fabric base, featuring a machine-embroidered lightning bolt (Blitz) in vibrant red thread. The outer border is defined by a factory-applied dark green embroidered perimeter edge. This distinctive material combination signals a specific tactical assignment: the red embroidery indicates a signal operator or radiospecialist serving in an artillery or Flak role, while the thin black backing and dark green piping correspond to mechanized Panzergrenadier divisions or attached assault gun units utilizing specialized field garments. The patch is in immaculate, mint condition with a completely clean reverse showing original factory tension threads. Sourced directly from the recently discovered German tailor's archive (Schneider-Bestand).
