(Heer) Feuerwerker Ordnance Trade Bad

WWII German Army (Heer) Feuerwerker Ordnance Trade Badge
An unissued WWII German Army (Heer) specialist trade badge (Tätigkeitsabzeichen) for a pyrotechnician or ordnance specialist (Feuerwerker). This circular insignia is machine-embroidered with a striking Gothic letter "F" in golden-yellow thread over a premium dark bottle-green (flaschengrün) wool base. Worn on the lower right sleeve of the service tunic, this badge designated personnel trained in ammunition handling, explosives, and ordnance maintenance. The reverse shows the clean, untouched light-colored mesh buckram backing typical of original wartime factory production. This excellent, mint-condition example comes directly from the newly uncovered "Schneider" tailor stockpile discovered in Germany, offering superb display quality for collectors of German insignia.
